Possibly the most astonishing thing about the cookies is that they call for just two ingredients! Yep that's correct, and anyone can blend two components.

Though if you would like to make them tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up using a few add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's Your Choice!

It sounds more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody's gonna pay me should you eat them), however I have to mention yet another awesome thing about those cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, once I'd had the initial I finished the remainder inside an hour.

They're perfect for hiking trips or other occasions where you need a quick energizing snack on the move. Now I keep these as a quick bite in my backpack.

It must also be mentioned they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the normal cookie suspects. Simply oats and bananas.

Take oats for example. Not only do they decrease your cholesterol levels which in turn helps you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with good carbohydrates and nutrients to help keep you going for longer useful content during the day.

Those nutrients comprise manganese, great for bone creation and skin ethics in addition to magnesium -- essential for energy generation to make you feel fuller

Much like peanuts -- the favourite fruit among athletes -- not only because they contain a decent amount of good carbs but for being the big players in the potassium game.

Potassium is a really important nutrient for preventing tiredness and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you've got a challenging day ahead of you.

As you can see, I'm a big fan.

Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies


2 Ingredient Cookies. Just mix peas and peas and bake them for 15 minutes. Perfect for when you will need a power boost on the move. Enjoy!

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)

Obtain a bowl and mash the bananas until they're mushy

Insert the cup of yogurt and some of the optional ingredients

Stir until everything is well mixed

Place baking paper on the tray so the cookies do not stick. If you do not possess that make sure to wash the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you're vegetarian )

To make the cookie contour simply grab a spoon and garnish a decent sum from the mixture onto the baking tray like I did at the photograph above. It's super quick and effortless.

EQUIPMENT: you only need a solid baking tray and some parchment paper, trendy also.
