TEN Easy and also Flavorful Vegan Cookie Recipes - Ways To Make Vegan

How can baking cookies ever be quick? You usually must obtain a scale, carefully measure all the components, caress the bread to ages, cut out small cookies in to heart, moon and star shapes then wait another century'til they're baked.

NEVER EVER could I bake biscuits under these circumstances. That's just how I roll. But then I came across these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyway.)

Ok, they don't taste just like the biscuits you receive around Christmas time. Rather they're a bit more gooey and do not crumble in any respect.

However, what mostly convinced me was that you could have them prepared in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Possibly the most astonishing thing about the cookies is that they call for just two ingredients! Yep that's correct, and anyone can blend two components.

Though if you would like to make them tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up using a few add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's Your Choice!

It sounds more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody's gonna pay me should you eat them), however I have to mention yet another awesome thing about those cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, once I'd had the initial I finished the remainder inside an hour.

Take oats for example. Not only do they decrease your cholesterol levels which in turn helps you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with good carbohydrates and nutrients to help keep you going for longer useful content during the day.

Much like peanuts -- the favourite fruit among athletes -- not only because they contain a decent amount of good carbs but for being the big players in the potassium game.

Potassium is a really important nutrient for preventing tiredness and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you've got a challenging day ahead of you.

As you can see, I'm a big fan.
